DJ's Drum! is rhythm to the max, and so much more. Melodies, harmonies and subtle dynamics are all part of the Drum! experience. Drum! is two guys and two girls, beating, scraping, shaking and massaging every imaginable percussion instrument, to make music that sings and grooves.

Australia’s premier drummer/percussionist David Jones has put together a project to showcase his original compositions, bringing the drums into the foreground where they explode with energy and mesmerise with rhythmic ambience.

David is proud to be collaborating with internationally acclaimed percussionist Tom O’Kelly, co-founder of the band, and two of Australia’s finest female drummers Tanya Cavanagh and Peta Minter.

"This quartet, with its enormous array of rhythm machinery, literally pulsates … a program of groove, funk and Zen sounds culminating in some fun audience participation. A very big solo on the drumkit with straw brooms, thongs-on-sticks and dishmops for sticks, confirmed Jones’s ability as one hell of a drummer.
