Exploring the truths and myths of being a man in the 21st century.
Why is it that 90% of people who attend retreats are women? Aren't men also dealing with stresses and worries? Aren't we spiritual too? Or is it that we just don't make time for this essential self-reflection and soul-healing? Is it possible to be strong and spiritual too? What is the face of male spirituality?
